The other day, I went to Shinagawa for a health checkup, and on my way back, I visited Asano Sake Shop in Hamamatsucho. The staff was very polite and showed us around.
The color tone has a slightly yellowish impression.
The aroma is of ripe pears and top-grade flour.
On the palate, you can taste the luscious taste of pears and flavors like kamishinko and cinnamon. The taste is strong and smooth as if it were an aged sake.
