くろりんMy first sake from Ibaraki.
It has a faintly sweet aroma. When you take a sip, you also feel a slight gassy sensation.
The mouthfeel is dry, but the rice flavor gradually fills the mouth.
It was served with freshly harvested bamboo shoots stewed in chikuzen (bamboo shoots stewed in soy sauce), which is in season now.
