Friends from school days came to Shinshu
Three days and two nights tour of Shinshu based on a cottage in Azumino.
The second night of the party, the second one is Sogape
Last year's label said "Please do not purchase if you are Obuse beginner. This is a saké that makes no sense to beginners." But this year's label no longer says that 🤔.
I felt the same way last year, but after drinking it, I think it is a delicious sake that anyone can enjoy regardless of whether you are a beginner or not!
It is a very tasty saké, full of sweet and sour peachy fruitiness, as if white wine and mellow sake were added and divided by 2 🥰.
It may have more sweetness than last year because it has been laid down for more than half a year after purchase 😆.
My friends seemed to like it too, and we finished it in no time 🥂.

The 3rd and 4th pictures are the fried chicken and dumplings we had for lunch the next day at Hisashirina Shokudo!
