The aroma is of aged rice like Yamahai but also fruity like pineapple🍍.
The mouthfeel is smooth with a gentle sweetness, followed by a touch of bitterness and sourness,
The umami and alty taste goes through the nose moderately and finishes with a little bitterness ❗
It is delicious!
