としきI've had Hozasu's Go-No-Mozo, but this is my first time to try Shi-No-Mozo. The difference is that it is brewed in wooden vats. I couldn't tell the difference in taste, it was a little less cohesive... and the aroma was kind of...? I honestly don't know, but it's still delicious 😋.
