In the evening, we went to "Seasonal Cuisine and Sake Hiyoko" πΆ.
It has a classical label, so I thought I'd try a drier sake.
I thought it would be more dry sake.
I was expecting a drier sake.
but when I sipped it, I could feel the delicious taste of rice
It is a sake with a refreshing aftertaste
