The aroma is faintly banana-like. In the mouth, it has a smooth banana-like sweetness and rice flavor. After a clean sour taste, there is a strong bitter taste and a spicy taste that goes through the nose. The flow from the smoothness in the mouth to the dryness is good. It was a delicious sake with good cost performance.
