ダイスケI wandered over to the liquor store I usually go to, and they had Senkin, which I knew was a popular sake, so I bought it right away!
The sake has a good amount of acidity, but it's also fruity, so it's easy to drink!
I thought it might be more of a wine sake. I thought it might be more of a wine sake, so I drank it with some cheese crackers I had at home, and ended up drinking a lot at a terrible pace! Senkou is amazing!
