There are sweet, fruity aromas and flavors or everything, but specifically bananas, grapes, melons, citrus, even bubblegum. It’s very complex, there’s a lot happening with the flavors and aromas. Because of that, it’s a little too sweet and hard to enjoy in my opinion.
CEL24 is a yeast usually used for making Koji.
