My boom in nigori sake has arrived. A long time ago, I had a nigori sake that didn't suit my palate and I was very conscious of my dislike for it, but nigori sake is actually a strong point.
It is smooth and slightly sweet, perfect for spring.
It is always good to try things you are not good at.
