The first bottle in about 10 days was a Shitaizumi Junmai Ginjo Fujieda Honorifuji Nama-nara Sake 🍶 from Shitaizumi Shuzo Co.
Ripe fruit aroma, a little tingling sensation on the tongue, sweetness and bitterness of rice, and a long aftertaste on the tongue and throat when you think it's finished. I think I like this kind of taste too👍
