UXデザイナーWhile driving in Shiga Prefecture, I stopped by a sake brewery where the Noto style of sake brewing has been practiced for over 160 years. The sake is made entirely from Omi rice, and is only available during this season. The brewery also has a hall where a live jazz performance by "The World's Nabesada" was held.
