- morkzgPear, pineapple, bubblegum, rice flour on the nose. Very very pleasant ginjo aromas, quite light and elegant. The palate is light and juicy, with more pear and orchard fruit flavours. Medium body, yet with a distinct astringency that really tightens up the end of the palate. Finishes with green apple and white grape. Very good. 4/5
