Shihbotan's "Shihbotan Back Label Series" is secretly sold as a hidden sake.
This is the reverse version of "Hiyaoroshi", which the brewery describes as "the most beautiful sake" and "a rare and rare drink". The quantity is even smaller.
This is a dry junmai sake with a crisp, clean taste that is typical of Kochi's sake, Shi Botan.
Please enjoy it with autumnal flavors such as saury and returned bonito!
