HotayuiThis is a celebratory sake made by a local brewery, Machida Sake Brewery, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Maebashi Commercial High School, which my son attends. The third and fourth generations of the family are alumni of the school, so the 100-year history and the thoughts of the alumni are packed into this bottle.
From the moment it is poured into a glass, it smells fruity. Even if you drink it cold, which is recommended, you can enjoy the solid taste.
