- ChrisbrzWow! Now this one is really Taru-aji barrel flavored. Very yellow This one does not lose to Karaage or Anago tempura with Ume oroshi. Really strong flavored, we would consider drinking this on the rocks, like a shochu. Save this one for the end of the evening as it will overpower other sakes. Definitely a closing pitcher, not a starter. Brew year Heisei 30 2018. Wow! Where did they store this?
