I tried it even though I am not a fan of super-hot sake.
It was a chirpy, light, medium-hot...but deliciously tasty!
Fruity and light, with a wonderful umami and full-bodied flavor. The slight bitterness of the acidity was also very nice, and I enjoyed it with a large cut steak.
