The delicious flavor of the Yamada Nishiki rice can be felt right from the first sip, and it is a really good sake 🍶.
I personally liked it better the next day, when the piquancy and umami had settled down and opened up!
If you have the chance to buy it again, you should.
I mean, it's getting harder and harder to buy than it used to be 💦.
