On the way back from the Shigaraki Artists' Market, I went to NENRIN, a sake shop in front of Akashi Station.
It has a full-bodied sweetness. It also has a moderate acidity and is refreshing on the palate.
It was my first time to drink this sake, but it is easy to drink.
Kansai Sake-new year party [2nd party
The restaurant for the second party is "Wa Dinning Wadachi", which has 47 kinds of local sake.
And it is less than 5 minutes walk from the first party restaurant 🤣.
The style was not to bring me a bottle, so I registered a bishonen that I was not familiar with, and the rest is off the hook.
I think I drank some Miyazaki sake, the one that bouken also introduced, the one that wasn't, as well as Reimei, Houou Mita, and Tenpyo.
I don't know what else I drank 🤣.
The mouthfeel is quite refreshing, and the name? It is the type of sake that can be drunk smoothly without any clinginess like the name suggests.
It just doesn't have a strong taste, maybe too refreshing? It's not too strong, too refreshing, but delicious!
I remember thinking it was "sweet" when I drank it before, but it wasn't that sweet, I wonder what I was remembering.
But it's gorgeous, and has a nice mouthfeel, with a hint of sweetness from the rice. ...... This is the kind of sake that you can drink in a jiffy.
I'm not sure what I remember about it!
The memories of Bishonen before the brewery disappeared were so strong that I thought this was a different Bishonen with the same kanji.
