Nihonshu punk
Picked up this Junmai Ginjo from a store in Stockholm!
I would say that this bottle is very true to the Ginjo class! Lots of Ginjo-ka on the nose, delicate and light body with a short pleasant finish!
I have spent a lot of time in Chiba, I never knew about this Nihonshu! Yum!
