Very aromatic, but not in the classical ginjo style. Yes there's melon and grape and pear, but it somehow feels different. Soft, with a lactic element perhaps.
The palate is very light and smooth. Quite thin and dry on the tongue, leaving a faint sweetness on the tip.
Faint nuttiness, gentle umami, and with a fruity vein throughout.
A very drinkable, not so typical daiginjo. I like it a lot.
