けいけいAuthentic dry Junmai Namaishu
The freshness and acidity of the sake's slightly mellow flavor are combined with the freshness and acidity unique to nama-shu, giving it a satisfying taste. The acidity is a little distinctive with a slightly apple-like aroma. Compared to the Kinukan Kuromatsu Kami-Sen that we bought together, it has less graininess and miscellaneous flavors, and is more nicely put together.

This sake bears the name of the Murashige Shuzo company that brews Kin-kan Kuromatsu. We bought a bottle of the raw sake at a direct sales outlet with an impressive oosugi ball.
