うえぽんA fizzy liquor that remains on its lees.
Sourness, sweetness, and carbonation slightly like leeska in the mouth. Just a very good balance of umami, freshness, and acidity. This was a beautiful sake that lived up to the beauty of the bottle.
The brewery is located in Mine City, but the Yamaguchi Prefecture is still to be feared.
