This is a high alcohol (18.5ºC) junmai nama sake brewed in Shimanto Town, Tosa.
It does not have much aromatic flavor, but its unique gustatory sensation reminds one of Tosa's igosso.
It is a perfect match when drunk with ginger. I think. (There may be pros and cons...)
It is the perfect sake for forgetting unpleasant things.
