It has a fruity aroma like Senkou...
I drank it and found it to be very acidic 😂.
It's so sour that it overpowers the sweetness lol.
The taste is so strong that I thought this was a sake that could stand on its own...
But I was surprised to see how much flavor you can get out of rice! I was astonished by this sake!
I used to think that Modern Senkou was the best sake, but as I got more and more used to sake, my tastes changed... so this time, I'll just give it a cursory evaluation.
