Tonight, we're grilling at home! So I chose a junmai sake. It has a fruity aroma, though it does not assert itself too strongly. In the mouth, you can strongly taste the umami of the rice. It has a moderate acidity, but leaves a sweet aftertaste in the throat. It does not have the robustness that we expected. It is easy to drink with chilled tofu topped with island togarashi seekwasa ponzu, which rounds out the corners. After grilled meat with a little sweet garlic yakiniku sauce, the acidic taste resets the palate in a good way. This is also very tasty!
