It came out as a hidden ball at a sake tasting event held at a liquor store near my parents' house.
I don't think it's classified as a sake, but sometimes you can find something like this.
It tastes and smells just like yogurt. It's sweet and sour and delicious.
It's good for drinking with people who don't like sake, or when you want to pair it with a meat dish without being noticed at lunch.
