The bottle ran out just as I was enjoying it, so I had the luxury of enjoying both the aged Jyushiyo and the freshly opened Jyushiyo.
The taste of both were completely different, and I personally preferred the aged Jyushiyo because it was mellower and had a better texture on the tongue.
It was so delicious that I was very impressed.
