I was troubled with Hanamup when I was on vacation and bought this one, which was new to me.
It has a strong fruity aroma of muscat.
It's not that it's overpowering, it's just that it's a bit too much. The alcohol content is a little low, but it is so easy to drink that it feels even lower, and it is even better than expected! This is a sweet and umami type of sake.
It is not only sweet, so it goes well with other dishes.
If you take it out of the fridge for about an hour and raise the temperature, the bitterness will stand out. We prefer to drink it chilled.
Like Hanabup, it was a very high quality sake.
