It's been five years since I drank Risshun Asa Shibori (last time was Shinsei). The rice used is Yamadanishiki. The cap almost flew off the bottle as soon as I opened it❗️As expected, it's sake that was just pressed a day ago😳. The aroma is mild, the sweetness is moderate, and the taste of the rice is pleasantly acidic. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. I like it very much😍. It was worth the effort to go out of my way to reserve and pick it up😊.
