くるまや
It was purchased at the roadside station Nishi-Aizu. It is a special junmai made by listening to Mozart during the unrefined sake.
The first impression is that it is soft, mellow and gentle. However, it is a dry sake that you will never get tired of drinking. It is a sake that I like.
The idea of having microorganisms listen to music is very cool. Drinking it while imagining all sorts of things, like the innocent and elegant atmosphere of Mozart's music, is another way to enjoy the sake. In the future, I can imagine how the taste will change if I try it with various kinds of music, such as hard rock, techno, and folk music.
