It is as dry and good as ever.
It is clean, but I feel it has some roundness to it.
However, I don't think there is much difference between it and the original super dry one. If you compare the two, you might be able to tell the difference.
It goes well with sashimi. I mean, the soy sauce is good, and you can feel the umami flavor when it is combined with sake.
Pickles go well with it. It might be the best match among all the dishes we tried this time.
The chicken nabe was neither good nor bad.
The simmered sea bream roe was, well........................ Not so good, not so bad.
The silver salmon fillet, I think it doesn't go well with the fat of the salmon.
