Sake brewed in Mexico, the land of tequila.
The color is yellowish (about Reposado for tequila), like an old sake.
The taste is not complex.
I can't even describe it as sharp.
It seems to be made from Yamada-Nishiki, which has a unique flavor, but I think it has a sake-like quality.
