I'm having a bowl of rice topped with green pepper paste this evening. I looked in the fridge and found a bottle that I thought would go well with it. But I've never had it before, so I'm just guessing. It is like a plum wine. You can feel the sweetness and umami, and also enjoy the acidity. Maybe it's because it's made with wine yeast, but when you taste it for a moment, you can't get used to it. Aroma? It is not a bad taste. It's not a bad taste, but it's unique. It was the first Fukuda, but it was the sake that made me expect to drink other. By the way, it may have been a bit sweet for our green pepper paste. 😋
