My preference ★★★☆☆☆☆
Vinegar-like acidity and a swollen aroma of rice. It's sake, but like a sweet white wine....and still, Aros is a strange sensation.
First, one senses the intense sweet umami of the rice, followed by a fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, giving the impression of a sake → white wine.
Perhaps because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, the flavor remains in the mouth and lingers for a long time.
It is heavier than the Aros we tasted the other day. The cooler it is, the tighter it becomes and the more wine-like it becomes.
