When drinking in large quantities, I recommend 1-2 weeks after opening the bottle.
I opened the bottle and put it in a corner of the room, tasting a sip every two days, and today is the 8th day.
It's true that the flavor is mellowing!
It's interesting to see the sweetness coming out as the days go by!
It's fun to feel like I'm nurturing the sake.
I didn't know sake could be enjoyed this way!
