I bought it as a souvenir at a store in the town for 540 yen for 300 ml.
The label was already handmade and full of Showa-esque flavor, probably a color copy, and it brought back memories of a hot spring trip near a quiet fishing port.
It was freshly made, fresh, and tasted just like water.
It was a hit with my family.
We are not sure if the brand of sake is Sekinoi. Sekinoi Sake Brewery is the northernmost sake brewery in Honshu and their local shipping is limited. I should have bought more!
