Aroma sweet and sweet gassy. Not so much as a caution to open the bottle. Is it a locally distributed brand?
The mouthfeel is sweet, but there is also a strong bitter taste. There is not much miscellaneous taste, so it is a sake with a good balance of sweet and bitter.
It goes well with simmered daikon radish.
