Aged Shiboritate made from Gohyakumangoku sake rice.
The nose has a fruity, acidic ginjo aroma.
The sweetness and umami spread from the palate, making it very easy to drink.
However, the alcohol content is a little strong (17-18%), so it may be easy to get drunk.
