Alcohol content 18%.
Newly brewed sake, left to mature for 8 months before opening. High viscosity, rich sweetness, and banana aroma. The high alcohol content leads to spiciness and bitterness. It tastes like old-fashioned sake, and in a sense, it has a very strong character.
