The aroma is gorgeous and grapey, and in the mouth, the mild mouthfeel is gradually spread with a deep umami flavor. In the latter half, bitterness becomes an accent, tightening the aftertaste and slowly disappearing.
It was a delicious sake with a good balance between the volume of umami and the lightness of the aftertaste.
