寿梨庵
A gift. This is the second day of opening the bottle. I like Koshino Yukigetsuka and Myokoyama, but this is my first time drinking this.
The name of the chateau and the etiquette suggest that it is a wine, but the aroma gives the impression of an aged sake, without any fruitiness, and the gap between the visual and the sake made me look at the bottle twice. However, when I drank it, I could taste the matured taste and the umami of the rice, and then it disappeared quickly, leaving a light fruitiness.
An interesting sake. It's definitely wine-like in some ways, but I don't think I've ever seen a bottle of wine like this ^^;
