Sasa no Honor Mead Doburoku
This mead doburoku is made from 100% honey (acacia) collected in Matsumoto and Azumino and fermented.
Sake made by fermenting honey is called "mead" and is classified as "other brewed liquor" under the Liquor Tax Law.
