YamasyuThis is a rare sake brewed by Ryoseki Shuzo, a famous Akita brewer, under the supervision of the 14th president of the brewery, Takagi, so it's no wonder it's hard to find. We enjoyed this cold brew with a crisp, crisp Ginjo aroma.
