This sake is limited to 800 bottles nationwide and comes in a wonderful sake glass set custom made by Sugawara Glass. I usually drink only in Riedel glasses and avoid even Guchinomi and Ochoko, but when it comes to glasses of this size, I suddenly became interested and pre-ordered. The price is high at about 11,000 yen including tax, but the price of the glasses is actually quite reasonable, and the sake is brewed in a very interesting way for being treated as an extra, so I opened the package. The water color is clear and clean. The stem of the glass looks like it's bubbling because it was inspired by the gaseous feeling of Kankiku. There is a little foam on the stem. It has a strong melon aroma that is typical of Kanchiku. When you put it in your mouth, it stimulates your mouth with the gas feeling and the light melon sweetness rushes to the back of your throat like a laser beam, and it disappears leaving a little bit of sourness and light melon aroma at the back of your throat. It has a refreshing aftertaste, so it's good for resetting your palate. But I've never seen a sake like this before. Is this the kind of ups and downs you get when you cross polished Yamadanishiki with Aizan? It has such an interesting taste. It is a little lacking in taste, but...
