Junmai Ginjo-shu. Made from 100% produced in Yamagata Prefecture. Alcohol 17%, rice polishing ratio 55%. Summery label and dark blue bottle. It has a refreshing taste, but also a strong, dark umami flavor. It also has a moderate acidity that fades away. It seems to go well with all kinds of food. It is a good sake.
