My first Kuheiji, and I'm really looking forward to it, even though it's a little late for me!
When I opened my mouth, there was a very nice fruity aroma that was a little different from the ginjo aroma I've smelled before.
As I drink it, I feel a slight tingle on my tongue, but at the same time I taste sweetness.
The mouthfeel is not too light, and although it is assertive in its own way, the aftertaste is not persistent.
Even when tasted on the root of the tongue, the alu sensation is only slightly noticeable.
The bitterness is the same, but for some reason I felt a slight yogurt-like sweet and sour sourness (in a good way).
So, to put it shortly, it was very tasty!
I can see why they recommended drinking it in a wine glass!
This is a different kind of wine than I've had before.
It made me want to try many other things!
