Tomita__Junko
It was in the welcome bar drink of a certain hotel in front of JR Nara station. I am posting it here because I found it to my liking for a free drink, or because it matched the Kakinoha Sushi I brought with me.
Kakinoha Sushi goes well with sake. Even though it is rice.
The taste of the sake is very normal. It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, none of which are distinctive but not insistent, and a good harmony. This is like air, and when it is absent, you realize that it is natural and unnoticeable, but actually very important.
Is this another brand of Harushika sake brewer, or is there a lot of thought put into it? Sorry for the lack of research.
Once again, I realize that local sake goes well with local cuisine.
