Sake made with yeast collected from kiwis grown in Minamiuonuma.
It has an alcohol content of 8~9% and a sake alcohol content of -70, making it a very easy-drinking, sweet sake.
It also has a fruity taste, and after drinking it, the tongue feels slightly kiwi.
