Made from 45% Yamada Nishiki rice, Junmai Daiginjo looks great in the glass. When poured into the glass, the aroma of pear and pink yuzu spreads magnificently. Thick and dense to the touch, but the texture becomes smooth as it nears the surface and continues to a glossy and sharp finish. A well-defined and refreshing Junmai Daiginjo.
